I've lost 45 pounds so far, and I've got 35 to go. I'm starting to feel my motivation slip though, and I could really use some help!
I fell off the horse and gained weight over the holidays and a trip to Europe, but it's far too close to summer and I just can't hack another bathing suit season trying to keep myself covered up.

It's sweet of you to be concerned that I might get burned out with my training. However, I don't think I'm that hard on myself in training. Couple months ago before I got sick with acute bronchitis, I used to stay on the elliptical for an hour 15 min to burn 1000 calories. I'm still pretty athletic even if I haven't been consistent. I even welcome the after effects of working out: the dull pain, the slight inability to bend forward as I get up from my bed... it's all good signs that I'm making progress. It's just now that I'm putting it as a priority before sleep and leisure since I changed to part-time cuz my truck is all paid off. Aside that, Mid terms are coming up and I should be studying right now. EEEK!
